Visit to Wairarapa Archives

Yesterday I reviewed the information in the archive on Tora and although there is not a lot there are some useful bits like a map of the farm and divisions with notes written in pencil on it. Also a few photos including some by Ben Irons who was my neighbour in Masterton when I was very young and who was most likely the person who sowed the seeds for my interest in photography - no pics of me that I saw but one of my sisters. Lots of his 1930's? Ford V8 coupe that he had from new until he could not drive - he would put me in the huge boot!!
